We use aluminum profiles as supporting frames, connecting with halfen channel or embed anchor or post plate with civil structure by bracket system, transfering curtain wall load to building structure these brackets. The mullions of stick curtain wall system are fixed by U shape or L shape brackets, welded or bolted, the top of mullions is fixed stably and the bottom of mullion is slipped into by U shape brackets to fix, allowing for movements of building floors , when the building floor movements happen, the bottom of mullions can get into or out of the U shape brackets a little bit, it equals exactly the building floor movement.
The most of used surface material is glass, aluminum panels, composite panels, zinc panels.
The connection to fix the glass is by the pressure plate, one type of aluminum profile, the shape is a little like planes, the wings press the glass when the body is screwing to the main frames, mullions and transoms.
